At around 12h00 Netcare 911 and the emergency services were called for a truck accident in Dinkelman road Pinetown . When they arrived they were faced with a horrific sight. A truck carrying glass lost control, collided with 3 pedestrians, went across the road where it overturned and plunged down an embankment into a factory premises.
A female pedestrian sustained serious injuries while the other two pedestrians (Males) only sustained minor injuries. The truck driver and his passenger both sustained serious injuries. All the patients were treated on scene and then transported to hospital for further treatment.
