Paramedics rushed to the scene of an accident on the M4 South near the Victoria embankment. On arrival they were faced with a very tragic scene. A security guard was on duty at the road construction site when he noticed a pedestrian walking towards him.
The dog broke the chain and started chasing a Tanzanian male in his thirties down the road when a taxi hit both him and the dog . Paramedics frantically worked on the patient as he had sustained life threatening injuries and although they attempted to resuscitate him for over an hour he sadly died due to the severity of his injuries.
