Netcare 911 rushed to the scene of a horrific accident on Newlands West Drive near the new shopping centre. A Toyota Tazz and a Opel Cadet collided with a side impact. Sadly the driver of the one vehicle died on scene due to the severity of his injuries while the other driver sustained serious injuries. He was treated on scene and then transported to a local hospital in Durban for further treatment.
