This afternoon at around 17h00 Netcare 911 rushed to the scene of an accident on the N2 north near the KwaMashu off-ramp. A family with a mom, nanny, a 18 month old baby and two girls around 10 years old as well as a 8 year old boy were in the car.
The car lost control and rolled several times, ending up the centre medium. The two girls and the 8 year old boy sustained suspected spinal injuries while the two adults and the 18 moth old child escaped with minor injuries. All the patients were transported to the Netcare Umhlanga hospital for further treatment.
