Netcare 911 rushed to the scene of an accident at the intersections of Somseu road and Stranger street this morning. On arrival they found that a 4×4 and a car collided head on and then one of the vehicles veered off and hit a pedestrian that was standing on the side walk.
The driver of the bakkie and the pedestrian both sustained serious injuries and was transported to various hospitals for further treatment.
