This afternoon Netcare 911 rushed to the scene of an accident on the Shongweni road near the Castle. When they arrived they found that a taxi had lost control and gone down an embankment injuring 10 people.
Nine of the passengers sustained serious injuries and one had only minor injuries. All the patients were treated on scene and then transported to nearby hospitals for further treatment.
