Paramedics rushed to the scene of a tractor accident in Makaranga Drive Westmead. When they arrived on scene they found that the tractor overturned and went over the driver. He sustained critical injuries and the Netcare 3 Helicopter with a trauma team on board was called to assist in stabilising the patient and then airlifting him to the Netcare St Augustine’s hospital in Durban for further treatment .
