Netcare 911 rushed to the scene of yet another truck accident on the N3, this time near the Hammersdale turn off . On arrival they found that a truck travelling towards Durban went across the centre island and overturned, injuring 2 people.
One patient sustained serious injuries while the other patient sustained minor injuries. Both patients received treatment on scene and was then transported to the Netcare St Augustine’s hospital for further treatment .
The N3 Pietermaritzburg bound is obstructed and SAPS and traffic departments are investigating the accident.
