10 year old seriously injured in hit and run accident

This morning Netcare 911 raced to the scene of an accident on Adams road in Amanzimtoti. A 10 year old deaf child was crossing the road when a car came down the road and collided with him. The driver did not bother to stop at all, the little boy sustained very serious fractures of the lower limbs as well as head injuries. 

After paramedics stabilised him they transported the child to the PrinceMshiyeni hospital for further treatment .
