Tonight at around 18h30 Netcare 911 rushed to a 3 car pile- up on the M4 near the Umhloti Lagoon. On arrival paramedics witnessed the horrific damage to the vehicles and prepared themselves for the worst.
They were pleasantly surprised though as only two people sustained injuries and non of them were critical. The patients were treated on scene and then transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
