This afternoon Netcare 911 rushed to the scene of an accident on the N3 near the New England road turn off in Pietermaritzburg. On arrival we found that a bakkie with a trailer was travelling on the Durban bound when a strong wind overturned the trailer and bakkie, injuring the two occupants from the bakkie.
Both males sustained serious injuries and after they were stabilised on scene paramedics transported them to a local hospital for further treatment.
