This morning Netcare 911 paramedics rushed to the scene of a collision at the corner of Waterkant Road and Uitsig Road where two vehicles collided. The taxi veered off the road into the parking lot of Pick n Pay Hypermarket by the sea.
On arrival paramedics found two patients still in the taxi. One patient sustained serious injuries and one minor injuries. Both were stabilized on scene and transported to a local hospital.
