A motorcyclist in his 30’s is in a critical condition after he lost control of his bike on the N2 south neat Grout Ville on the Natal North Coast. The biker was travelling on the south bound when he lost control , he fell and slid for several meters on the road .
Netcare 911 paramedics from Ballito and Umhlanga rushed to the scene and found that the biker a male in his 30’s sustained critical head injuries. The Netcare 3 helicopter with a doctor on board was called to the scene to assist in stabilising the patient. The patient was then airlifted to the Netcare Umhlanga hospital where he is undergoing further treatment.
It is unclear as to the cause of the accident, but SAPS is on scene and will be conducting an investigation .
