Four people were seriously injured in a head on collision on the M4 near Umhlanga this morning. It is believed that a bakkie came into the on coming lane and collided head on into two other vehicles.
Paramedics from Netcare 911 arrived on scene and found that four people were seriously injured in this horrific accident. All the patients were treated on scene and then transported to the Ghandi hospital for further treatment.
