One man was killed when he was struck by a car while crossing the N2 south bound carriageway near Queen Nandi Drive, Greenwood Park, Durban, late on Friday night.
It is thought that the man had been crossing the road when he was struck by an unknown vehicle. The man was killed on impact. He was declared dead by Netcare 911 Paramedics at the scene, the man died as a result of his injuries.
It is believed that one man was arrested by South African Police Service officers. He had stopped at a nearby petrol station to assess the damage to his vehicle.
