Five people were injured, four critically so when a bus and a taxi collided along Rose street, between De Deur and Ironside this afternoon just before 18h00. Exact details of the accident is still a subject for police investigation, however it is reported that the bus swerved to avoid another vehicle when the collision occurred.
Four of the taxi passengers were critically injured and one person sustained serious injuries. Netcare 911 paramedics and the emergency services stabilized all the wounded before transporting them to the Sebokeng hospital for further treatment.
