6 injured in 4 car snarl-up Boksburg

Six people were injured in a 4 car snarl-up, two seriously so at the intersection of Rietfontein and Rondebult roads this afternoon at around 13h33. Details of the accident is still speculative and will be investigated by the police.

Netcare 911 Paramedics arrived on scene and with the assistance of the fire department they used the Jaws of Life to free two patients from one of the vehicles. Paramedics worked fervently to stabilize all the injured , 3 patients were transported to the Netcare Sunward park hospital for further treatment while the other patients was transported to various other hospitals for further medical care.
