One man is in a critical condition and two females sustained serious injuries when their car was hit by a ten ton truck at the intersection of the R57 and the R42 this afternoon at around 14h40.
Exact details of the accident are speculative however, after the car was hit in the side, it hurtled across the road and came to rest wrapped around a traffic light. Netcare 911 paramedics and emergency services worked fervently to stabilize the wounded before transporting them to the Sebokeng hospital for further treatment.
