Today yet another accident death caused by someone being thrown from a vehicle. Why can’t the % of accident deaths – by not being strapped in – BE PUBLISHED? I’m sure this would go a long way towards helping to reduce these fatalities. After all, even though we see drivers and passengers (including children) not using their seat belts, IT IS THE LAW and it does save lives. I feel that as each accident is reported, the knowledge of seat belt wearing should be given too. I was hit by a fast car in the fog and ended up in a ditch. Without my belt I would be dead or injured for sure!

We would like to urge all our road users to view the Arrive Alive website for more information on the importance of seatbelts!
