A 35 year old female is fighting for her life in a Johannesburg hospital after being run over in the Randburg area this evening at around 19h13.
Although exact details of the accident are still for police investigation, it is believed that the female was negotiating the traffic at an intersection along Braam Fisher road when tragedy struck.
She sustained critical injuries and Netcare 911 paramedics had to place her on a ventilator. The Netcare 1 medical helicopter was called in, and the patient was flown to the Charlotte Maxeke hospital for further medical treatment.
