On Sunday we added a Blog post titled “20 injured after Emirates flight crash-lands at Durban airport”.
The South African Minister of Transport Ndebele commented on this accident “We want to congratulate Air Emirates, particularly the pilot that showed very great experience to weather the storm and be able to land safely. We want to also congratulate passengers that they were able to hold together in spite of a very scary situation and all of them landed safely in Durban.”
The Arrive Alive website on Wednesday received an email from a lady who said that her husband was on the flight and flies on a regular basis from Dubai. He was injured during this ordeal, and once calm had taken place , managed to take pics of the cabin.
