A taxi driver is in a serious condition after a roll-over accident along Atlas road this afternoon at around 15h30. Details of the accident is still a subject for police investigation, however it is purported that the taxi driver lost control after he hit a large pool of water and overturned.
The driver clambered out of the twisted remains of his taxi and Netcare 911 paramedics found him at the side of the roadway with serious injuries. After he was stabilized on scene they transported him to the Thabo memorial hospital for further medical care.
