A two year old boy died after being hit by a car in Ignatius road in the Orchards suburb of Pretoria this afternoon. It is purported that the child ran into the roadway and landed in front of an oncoming vehicle.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived within minutes of receiving the call but tragically the child had already passed away. The exact details of this accident will be investigated by the SAPS.
