“The Demerit Point part of AARTO will follow after the implementation of AARTO (Penalty Payment part) countrywide. The National Minister of Transport already indicated that he would like to see AARTO implemented this year on a country wide basis, the specific date must still be determined. I think you can be rest assured that this will only happen to the latter part of 2010”
