A woman was killed when she crashed her car into a tree on Old Johannesburg Road, near Vereeniging, on Sunday morning, paramedics said.
Three other women passengers were injured and taken to Sebokeng hospital, said ER24 spokesperson Tristan Wadeley in a statement.
It was not clear what caused the accident, involving a Renault Megane, shortly after 01:00.
