A man was killed in a roll-over accident in the Edenvale area this morning. The man believed to have been travelling down Wordsworth road lost control while rounding a bend, his vehicle left the roadway plummeted down a 20 metre embankment and its crumpled remains came to rest upside down next to an electric pylon.
Paramedics and the fire brigade received the call just after 06h00 this morning, when they arrived on scene they had to clamber down a steep embankment to reach the crash site. Sadly they found that the driver had died due the extensive injuries that he had sustained.
