“A 24-year-old woman was trapped in the car and drowned. She has been identified as Rocky Selepe of Ga Selepe village. The other woman Charity Mulendza, a Zimbabwean national, is still missing,” said Lieutenant Colonel Mohale Ramatseba.

Sulepe, Mulendza and a third woman, the driver, were on their way home from a party when their car was swept into the stream.
