CrisisOnCall plugs the gap in accident victim identification

Paramedics report that more and more people’s comment on an accident scene is that they never thought it could happen to them. There are trauma instances where people can’t supply the correct medical aid information in time.

Carte Blanche had a program called “Your card or Your life” where it was concluded lacking a card may mean that you forfeit your life. All a person’s belongings can be scattered due to the impact of a collision, resulting in information
being removed from the person it belongs to and that the person / family can thus end up in a governmental hospital even if they belong to a medical aid.

That is why it is important to wear the CrisisOnCall wrist band. Senior Superintendent Alta Fourie from Tshwane Metro Police said the following: “…. the theft of accident victims’ personal belongings is an unfortunate reality.”

One of our members wrote this: “A silent wrist band can help you one day to get you help when you really need it. It can help you to the correct hospital, the correct doctor and even to give permission for the correct operation. It can inform you friends and family.Just think your surprise when you wake up and find out that you are still alive! Enrol immediately to CrisisOnCall. (J Jacobs)”

The CrisisOnCall wrist band plugs the gap between the incident and the medical aid fund.

Why must you spend thousands of Rand on a medical aid fund and run the risk of nobody knowing to which medical scheme you belong when it really matters.

Membership to CrisisOnCall is also for people without a medical aid fund. Here the patient will be transported on CrisisOnCall’s expense. (This counts only for members whose membership fees are fully paid.)
