Top Gear Event visitors stand a chance to win a flip in the Gabriel aerobatic stunt plane

Visitors to Top Gear, which runs from 17-20 March at the Kayalami Race Track, should look out for the Gabriel air hostesses dressed in red, to enter to win a flight in one of the Gabriel Pitt Special aerobatic stunt planes.

The Gabriel planes will be performing at the Top Gear event on the 18th and 19th.

About Gabriel:
Gabriel is part of JSE-Listed Control Instruments Automotive, which holds the manufacturing and distribution rights to the Gabriel range of shocks, struts and cartridge products for Sub-Saharan Africa.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of Gabriel shock absorbers in South Africa. Gabriel holds the majority market share of SA aftermarket, 33 years running.

Gabriel was originally imported into SA in 1935. During that time, the company has introduced a number of world-first designs that were subsequently manufactured in plants worldwide. It was also the first shock absorber company to advertise on TV.

The importance of safe shock absorbers is best described on these pages on the Arrive Alive website:
