The members from the 100s Riders and a few other motorcycle groups would like to take this opportunity to thank you D.O.T (Yuven, Meryil and Vijen) and n3tc (Praveen) for giving us the opportunity to carry out our survey at the Mooi Toll Plaza.
We would also like to thank you for the road safety material given to us to hand out.
We have gathered much important information from other road users regarding their perception of a motorcycle and a motorcycle rider.
From information we have gathered we have found that the main concerns of
the truck, car and taxi drivers are…
- Excessive Speed
- Incorrect Following Distance
- Blind Spots
With the information we have gathered directly from these road users, we have found that we will have to concentrate not only on the motorcyclist but will involve all road users.
Please we humbly ask that if you have any info , brochure or any pamphlets regarding these items, this we will greatly appreciate.
Again from all of us, thank you kindly and look forward in this new partnership in raising awareness and saving lives.
