A fully laden taxi crashed into the left side of a Renault hatchback at the corners of Monte Casino Boulevard and William Nicol this afternoon.
Paramedics assessed all 20 patients on scene, including the 2 occupants of the Renault. They found that 11 of them would need further treatment at a medical facility. Fortunately there had been no one with very serious injuries and all 11 patients were treated for their minor to moderate injuries before being transported by ambulance to hospitals in the area.
