Two people were lucky to have escaped an accident at the corners of Lancaster and Snake Road in Actionville, Benoni this morning, where a truck crashed over their car.
The cause of the accident is not known, but the car was pushed off the road and was found crumpled underneath the front of the truck.
Both occupants were lucky to have come out of the accident with only minor injuries and were taken to hospital by ambulance. The truck driver was not injured in the accident.
