[WESTVILLE – 01 MAY 2012 AT 20H30]
A collision at the corners of Maryvale Road and Kingsmead Drive in Westville involving a light motor vehicle and a motor bike has left one person dead this evening.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene and found the motor vehicle and motor bike near to the intersection. The motorcyclist was found a few meters away from the scene, lying on the grass verge. Paramedics assessed the motorcyclist believed to be in his early forties and found that he had already succumbed to his injuries and was declared deceased on scene.
The necessary authorities were on the scene and would investigate the accident further. the driver of the light motor vehicle was unhurt in the collision.
