Truck Accident On The M7 – Pinetown

[PINETOWN, KZN – 25 MAY 2012 AT 09H30]

ER24 paramedics were called out to a truck that gone off the M7 just before Winston Churchill on the east bound this morning.
When the paramedics arrived on the scene, they found the truck still on its wheels in thick bush but the load it was carrying and fallen off and was lying half way down the embankment and next to the side road. The driver was found walking around on scene. ER24 paramedics assessed him and found that he did not get hurt in the accident.

It is believed that the load on the back of the truck started to move as he was coming down the M7, this caused the driver to lose control and veer off the road and down the embankment. There were no traffic delays on the M7.
