Two dead and another in critical condition in N4 Middelburg Accident

Two people have been killed and another person is in a critical condition after an alleged head on collision on the N4 Middelburg direction Belfast closest corner Hendrina offramp this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found the two vehicles still on the N4 with extensive damage to both vehicles. Paramedics assessed the occupants of the two vehicles and found that the two drivers had already succumbed to their injuries and were declared deceased on scene. A passenger was in a critical condition and needed Advanced Life Support intervention to be performed due to the injuries he had sustained in the accident. The patient was transported to Middelburg Provincial Hospital in a critical but stable condition.
The necessary authorities were on the scene and would Investigate the accident further. Road conditions are rather wet and slippery.
