[Amanzintoti, KZN – 12 October 2012 07H30]
A head on collision on Kingsway Road in Amanzintoti involving two light motor vehicles has left one person with serious injuries this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found the two vehicles still in the road with extensive damage.
The driver of the one vehicle was treated for suspected neck and back injuries and possible chest injuries. The patient was placed on a Specialised board and transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
The local authorities were on the scene and would investigate the accident further.
