Three people have been injured after a Bakkie and light motor vehicle collided on Ridley Park Road in Malvern this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found the Bakkie lying on its side with the driver and passenger outside of the vehicle. The light motor vehicle was up the road with extensive damage to the front of it.
The passenger of the light motor vehicle was treated for minor injuries. The passenger and driver of the Bakkie were treated for suspected neck and back injuries and multiple cuts and abrasions. Advanced Life Support intervention was performed on the patients. The patients were transports to various hospitals for further medical care.
The necessary authorities were on the scene and would investigate the accident further.
