[DURBAN, KZN – 06 NOVEMBER 2012 AT 17H00]
A collision on Florida Road near to 9th Avenue in the Windermere area involving a bakkie and a light motor vehicle has left one person injured this afternoon.
ER24 and other emergency personnel arrived on the scene and found the bakkie still in the road and the light motor vehicle was off the road onto the pavement and into a wall. The driver of the light motor vehicle was assessed and was treated for suspected neck and back injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
The necessary authorities were on the scene and would investigate the accident further.
