The AER24, ER3 helicopter completed its first call today when it flew to the Pelonomi hospital to transfer a patient to Universitas hospital.
The patient had sustained a traumatic injury in the form of gunshot wounds and needed to be airlifted to the receiving facility for further care. With great communication and within minutes, the medical helicopter was airborne to the hospital to airlift the patient for transfer.
The Bloemfontein Helicopter is the latest of four helicopters within the AER24 fleet. We at ER24 are confident that the helicopter will be providing realhelprealfast to various patients in need of aeromedical assistance in the future.
