A man believed to be in his early thirties has been killed after he was ejected from his car when it rolled numerous times on the R59 near Block House in the direction of Vanderbijlpark this afternoon.
ER24 Specialised Medical Services were on their back from an event when they came across the accident. The patient was found a few meters away from the motor vehicle.
Paramedics assessed the patient and found he was unresponsive and had suspected head injuries. CPR was started while Advanced Life Support intervention was being performed. Unfortunately after a long battle to try and save the patient’s life, he was declared deceased in scene.
It is unclear what caused the driver to lose control of his motor vehicle but the local law enforcement authorities would have to investigate the accident further.
