Netcare 911 paramedics, its rescue unit and other services responded to an accident scene on Main Road near Lonehill this morning.
Reports from the scene reports that the minibus had a blow-out resulting in the vehicle overturning.
Seventeen people were injured, eleven seriously and six sustained minor to moderate injuries.
All the injured patients were treated on scene before being transported to various hospitals in the area, including Netcare Sunninghill Hospital.
