Four people were injured in a side-impact accident at the Blaze Way and Moskolnick Road intersection in Amanzimtoti late last night. Reports indicate that an errant driver came across the intersection and landed in front of a vehicle traveling east bound along Moskolnick Road, one of the vehicles then veered off and collided into a light pole.
Netcare 911 paramedics and the fire department arrived at the scene and found a female still trapped in the wreckage of the car with critical injuries, the other patients were found lying on the road, they had sustained serious injuries.
After the injured were stabelised on scene , medics transported them to various hospitals for the care that they required.
