A husband and wife tragically died in a bike accident on the R 563 Hekpoort Road while another biker is a critical condition. Reports indicate that the bikers were rounding a bend when they lost control and crashed.
Netcare 911 and the emergency services arrived at the scene and found the bikers lying on the ground. After triaging the injured they found that the husband and wife tragically died on scene due to the extensive injuries that they sustained. The other biker was in a critical condition and after medic’s stabelised him on scene; they transported the man to a nearby hospital for the care that he required.
