Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident on the Delmas Road in Welbekend, Pretoria this evening.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a man and woman were injured after their motor vehicle was rear-ended by a minibus.
After they were both treated on scene, they were transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
