“On arrival paramedics found the rider in a critical condition, they tried to resuscitate him but sadly he succumbed due to the severity of his injuries”, said Wayne Broodryk ALS Paramedic of EMER-G-MED.
RV01, RV03, I01, Mo2 and Mo7 all attended to the scene.
Paramedics later discovered it was Garth McLeod, Wonderboom and Sugardrive drummer. McLeod is survived by his wife Anne-Mari.
