Around 4pm yesterday afternoon Rescue Care Paramedics were called to the intersection of Umbilo Road and Hillier Road in Umbilo.
On arrival paramedics found that a truck had collided with two vehicles in the junction. A quick assessment revealed that two people had sustained minor injuries after the collision. They were both stabilized on the scene before being transported by Rescue Care ambulance to St Augustine’s Hospital for further care.
It is unclear what caused the collision however it is alleged that a errant party disregarded a traffic light.
