Thirty-two people were injured after two taxis collided on the R511 in Centurion Pretoria this morning. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found that the two vehicles were involved in a side impact accident. After triaging the injured it was found that seven people sustained serious injury while twenty five people escaped with minor injuries. All the injured were stabelised on scene and then transported to various hospitals for the care that they required.
