Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to an accident on Zuurfontein Avenue in Cresslawn, Gauteng late this afternoon.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a minibus collided with a motor vehicle and overturned resulting in fifteen people being injured. One person sustained critical injuries, five were seriously injured while nine people sustained minor to moderate injuries.
The injured were all treated on scene before they were transported to nearby medical facilities for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
