Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to an accident on the R50 Delmas Road in Moreleta Park, Pretoria this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a heavy goods vehicle, light delivery vehicle and motor vehicle collided. The driver of the light delivery vehicle sustained critical injuries. The two occupants of the motor vehicle sustained serious and moderate injuries respectively.
All the injured people were treated on scene before being transported to a nearby Netcare facility for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
