N2 Collision Leaves 1 Injured

Crisis Medical Paramedics responded to a collision between two vehicles on the N2 south before Umgeni Road at 17:00 today.

First on arrival, paramedics found two vehicles that had collided with each other in the fast lane of the busy motorway. The occupants of the vehicles were assessed and it was found that a 28 year old female has sustained suspected facial and limb injuries due to the impact of the collision.

Paramedics worked to stabilize the injured lady before transporting her to a nearby hospital by Crisis Medical ambulance for further medical treatment.

On scene reports suggest that the vehicles collided with each other due to a rear end collision. Fortunately no one else was injured.

SAPS were on scene to determine the exact cause.
